We offer full service planning, partial planning, month of coordination, day of coordination, and à la carte options. We want to ensure your engagement and wedding day are the most enjoyable time in your life! If any of the below options do not perfectly fit your needs, let us know! We can accommodate any couple by tailoring a package unique to you.
We primarily service the Charleston, SC and Atlanta, GA areas. However, we have planned weddings near and far!
Option 1: Full Service Planning
Full Service Planning is for the client that values peace of mind and desires every detail to be overseen by The Noble Agenda. We will work to create a one-of-a-kind design that reflects your style, personality and life together as a couple. We specialize in making every event unique and creating a blissful experience for you, your family and guests.
Initial planning meeting with couple (Up to 2 hours). We will discuss the budget, design, vision, your priorities, and review all planning objectives and timeline.
Research, Hire, and Manage all vendors: Venue, Caterer, Photographer, Videographer, Entertainment, Florist, Linens, Decor Rentals, Stationary, Cake, Officiant, Hair/Makeup, Transportation, and more! We will set you up with the best of the best that fit within your style and budget.
Event Design and Styling: We will create a one-of-a-kind design that reflects your style, personality and life together as a couple. We will create a custom color palette and inspiration board that highlights large and small details including linens, lighting, décor, florals, typography, stationery and more. We will communicate this information to all of your vendors ensuring it is cohesive.
Location scouting trip to your top two venue choices - We will assist in asking all the right questions and getting accurate proposals for your event.
Invitation and save the date management - We will stuff, stamp, and mail your save the dates and invitations.
Access to our comprehensive online sharable wedding GoogleDoc which allows you and The Noble Agenda to collaboratively work on your budget, timeline, to-do checklists, seating chart, floor plans and more!
Coordination of accommodations. We will schedule hotel room blocks and discounted pricing for guests.
Detailed budget development where we will track payments made and payments due.
Review and negotiate all vendor contracts.
Assist in creating a unique culinary experience with you and your caterer.
Detailed floor plans and layouts of all event spaces.
Generate plan for parking for guests during rehearsal and day of, and plans for transportation home as needed.
Schedule and facilitate final walk-through and invite any necessary vendors.
Wedding weekend timeline and itinerary. This is The Noble Agenda’s forte! Leave the logistics and details to us. We will share this with vendors, wedding party, venue and all parties involved in the event activities.
Vendor coordination. We will manage and supervise schedules of vendors for load in, set up, breaks/meals, break down, and load out.
Wedding website management - we will import all logistical information for your guests to access online.
Create and distribute family and bridal party timeline & contact information for weekend events.
Manage guest list responses and deadlines. We will be the point person for all wedding invitation RSVPs. We will collect and manage your guest list by having response come directly to us. We will coordinate with the venue on the final numbers, dietary restrictions, and special instructions. You are able to check the shareable GoogleDoc at any time to see who has and has not responded as we will keep this regularly updated.
Work with photographer to plan specific photos you desire.
Rehearsal Coordination: Coordinate the wedding party and family through the ceremony rehearsal.
Day of Coordination (Up to 12 hours). Point person for the day of the wedding accompanied by assistant(s) as needed.
Seating Chart and Display. Creation and assistance with guest seating.
Assist in final reception details. Guest book, favors, escort cards, seating chart, etc.
Day of Payments and gratuities as needed. Distribute final payments and vendor gratuities as needed.
Collection of personal items. Pack all personal items and deliver to designated person to take from the venue.

Option 2: Partial Planning
Partial Planning is perfect for the couple who enjoys checking items off their to-do list but needs assistance in event, budget management and vendor recommendations. With the partial planning option, we'll jump in 3-4 months prior to your big day.
Standard email and phone communication throughout the entire planning process.
Vendor referrals.
Budget development and execution (ensure all vendors are paid on time).
Up to 5 hours of pre-planning consultations.
Review of all vendor contracts.
Venue walk through one month prior to the event.
Timeline and floor plan creation.
Assist with reception setup (guest book, favors, attire change).
Organize and ensure on time vendor arrival.
Assist with clean up day of (pack up any additional items into appropriate cars).
Point of contact for bride, bridal party and family on wedding day.

Option 3: Month of Coordination
This month-of coordination package is ideal for couples who revel in the planning process. This should be contracted 6 months prior to the wedding date, but we will begin working together one month before your wedding!

Unlimited phone and email contact throughout the planning process.

For the couple who has planned it all, we offer day of coordination to ensure your day runs smoothly!
Comprehensive event execution by wedding coordinator from set up to event conclusion.
Personal assistance for Bride and Groom throughout the entire day.
Overseeing the proper setup of the event.
Distributing final payments and tips to vendors on the day of the event.
Ensure the event flows according to the timeline.
Collecting all gifts and small items at the end of the event.
Essential emergency kit.
